Mr Kenny Tung, an alumnus who obtained both a first and a master degree from HKU, is a staunch supporter of the University and our students. He firmly upholds the value of Gratefulness 感恩 and has been expressing his gratitude towards his alma mater by making regular donations to it, including establishing the “Kenny Tung Scholarship” in the summer of 2022. With the establishment of this Scholarship, he hopes to inspire the next generation of HKU students by fostering their sense of gratitude and encouraging them to pay it forward in the future. He also wishes that the values of reciprocity and generosity could be cultivated among HKU students.
